This incredible set includes a Marguerite Henry 1st Edition 1950 Born to Trot, rare Wesley Dennis print and Breyer Pacer model.

Print is of Rosalind running with a collie, and was used in the book on page 147.  Framed with silver-blue-grey marbled matting in a solid wood frame painted classic black.   [Please note:  These occasionally show up on eBay described as etchings.  It is our opinion that all of these are prints, as Mr Dennis generally did not produce art by the process of etching.  He was fond of pen & ink and watercolor.  Beware of listings describing these as etchings.  They are still limited in number and very desirable pieces.]

The book is a 1st Edition, 1st printing c1950, signed by Marguerite Henry.  It is a linen-covered hardcover with printed paper dust jacket.  Shows wear on all edges of the paper jacket, along with on the bottom right corner and top border of the front face.  It wears a clear plastic jacket to protect it from further damage.

The Breyer Pacer model is in Excellent condition with a rub inside his right knee, and several tiny rubs spread over his body, along with minor hoof edge rubs.  He is sorrel, wears a brown halter, and a matte finish body with semi-gloss white socks.  He has no USA mold mark.  He has the (uncommon) stabilizing nub on the heel of his left front foot and stands well because of it.
