The elegant Friesian was originally bred in The Netherlands and is now sought-after for riding and to star in movies worldwide. They always sport solid black coats with long, full manes, tails and thick leg feathers. This pretty girl has braids in her tail and feathers... Something I had never seen before, but yes, braiding feathers is a thing! Neat! Her braids are adorned with purple bands.
