Clydesdale, Blue Roan Pinto - JAH Special Edition Stablemate Gift Set

1998 was an exciting year for Breyer collectors, as it came with this introduction of a whole new set of twelve Stablemate molds - the first new ones since the scale was introduced in 1975.   Only 5000 sets were made, available only to "Just About Horses" magazine subscribers, and each set was numbered.  That set marked the debut of the Thoroughbred mold, and he wore a beautiful, shaded grey coat for his first release.  

He is Near Mint with no rubs seen, just mild age yellowing which you can reverse by sunbathing him for a few days.  He has some tiny masking slips around his marking edges, but they blend because of his body color.  He features pretty body shading and muzzle pinking.
