This rich flaxen chestnut blanket Appaloosa is Scorpion, a glossy release on Stud Spider from the Vintage Club in early 2024. Hearkening back to the original portrait model of the racing Appaloosa, Scorpion cleverly sports a modernized version of Spider's pattern. The original was stenciled and often had overspray; this fellow's is masked, and is much neater, but if you look closely, the pattern matches! Only 1,000 were made.
This fellow is Factory Mint with a beautiful coat color, neatly edged mane, and bright whites. He comes with his COA brochure, full-color cardboard box, and shipping box, just as he came from Breyer. (We received two, straight from Breyer. Photos are of one of them.)
