With a portion of the UPS and Fedex planes grounded for safety inspections, more pressure is being placed on the ground delivery system, which is greatly delaying UPS and Fedex deliveries. Knowing this, many businesses that normally ship via those carriers have switched to shipping via USPS, which is now over-burdened and backing up as well.
Because of this situation, we strongly suggest choosing "Expedited Shipping" at checkout if you hope to get your package before the holidays. We cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates, but packages shipped via expedited postage (we use UPS 3-Day and USPS Priority) will be prioritized for delivery by the carriers above standard postage shipments.
