Shipping Stoppage Through Christmas
Hi Folks,
Well, this is disappointing. Four years without getting COVID and I tested positive today. Effective immediately, to prevent any chance of sending any germs your way, we are stopping all shipping until after Christmas.
I apologize for the disappointment. I will be emailing folks who have placed orders placed that have not yet shipped from December 16 and December 17. (Some email programs will put my message into spam, so if you're expecting an email and don't see it, please check there.)
Orders that have been placed in that time period and haven't shipped can be canceled and refunded. Please email eleda@triplemountain.com with your order number to request a refund.
Or, if you don't need your order before Christmas, you may keep the order active and we'll resume shipping once we have both had a negative test and are symptom-free. I expect that to be right around New Year's Day.
We will continue to take orders and they'll ship as stated above. We don't want to take any risks with your health.
If you absolutely want your order to ship on time, knowing the risks, you can email me at eleda@triplemountain.com and we'll get it out to you. Be sure to include your order number and a specific request to ship despite knowing we have tested positive for COVID. We will not ship to anyone other than the person who ordered it - We don't want any gift recipients to receive a box without knowing the risks.
