Connoisseur models were produced in very limited numbers and marketed as having a much higher quality and detail level than regular runs. They were often done in exciting colors and patterns, and these Stablemates highlight some of these beauties. This special set was available only to JAH subscribers in 2006. Only 3,000 were made, making it rare to find one complete like this.
It contains Stablemate versions of the popular Connoisseur models:
Masquerade (Thoroughbred) - Factory Mint with bright, pearly whites that make him appear to be in motion. He leans quite a bit, so we recommend Museum Putty or a Horse Safety Rack to keep him safely upright.
Quarterflash (Appaloosa) - Factory Mint with two pinpoint specks of mane paint on his right barrel. He features neatly masked blanket and soft leg barring.
Mosaic (Prancing Morgan) - Factory Mint with a few specks in his finish as always. He features bright whites and subtle highlights.
Appropos (Warmblood) - Near Mint with a few pinpoint specks showing in his blanket. They may be in the finish, or they may clean off with a good bath. He features bright whites and tiny, shaded roan dapples.
Third Time’s A Charm (American Saddlebred). - Factory Mint with very subtle dapples blended into her shading.
This set even comes in their original box with velvet insert.
