Kenner Fashion Star Fillies ~ Janis - Rare Model with Accessories

Kenner jumped into the horse seen in the late 1980s with their Fashion Star Fillies line.  The SongStar Sixteens series included "teen" horses styled for different music types.  These horses, sized in between Classic and Traditional scale, wore shimmering coats in fantasy colors, had manes and tails ready to be styled, and came with fun fashion accessories.  Janis is a rock star filly with a purple coat highlighted in silver, with rich blue legs and glittery gold star beauty marks.  She has a pink and purple mane and tail with tinsel accents.  She came with perfect '80s rock star accessories, including glittery silver leggings, purple sunglasses, a hot pink hair brush and purple body glitter.  She is so rare with her accessories that even the reference site didn't have photos of everything together!

This girl is Near Mint, only displayed, never played with.  Her mane and tail are like new other than being a little bit dry from age and dust.  Her hair remains styled just as she came from the box.  She comes with her four sparkly leggings, hot pink comb, purple and gold sunglasses, and even the tube of (now dried up) purple glitter body sparkles.  She even comes with her original brochure, which oddly, didn't include her.  (Perhaps they were printed before she debuted?)  She has been in Eleda's herd since new.
