This Leopard Appaloosa on the Quarter Horse Stallion mold was only released as part of the Appaloosa and Foal Set, which ran from 1997-1999. Different spotting styles were used during that time - This fellow appears to have hand-applied spots. Not the best-looking technique, but certainly an interesting variation from the norm for Breyer Appys, making him a fun addition.
This fellow is Near Mint, marked down only for mild yellowing that you can reverse by sunbathing him for a few days. He features the hand-painted spots of this release, but is a fun eye-catcher because of them.
