spelter-metal-arabian-bonner-antique-clock-ornament
Spelter Metal Arabian ~ Bonner - Antique Clock Ornament

Bonner is an antique "clock ornament." Back in the day, you could order a fancy mantel clock and then choose which ornament you wanted the clock maker to put onto it. This is the "Bonner" mold, the only horse mold that was given a name. He is an Arabian stallion wearing a collar and ornate saddle blanket, along with a bridle. There are no maker's marks, so we don't know if he was made by Waterbury, which is the original maker of Bonner, or if he is a copy made by another company, but his detailing is rich, right down to "woven" texture on his blanket and hairlines in his mane and tail, indicating he was made early, since details often wore out of molds over time.

This cool fellow is in Excellent condition with some wear and in need of a gentle bath. He is from Eleda's personal herd and will come with a collection card for provenance. Copy of ad sheet is for reference only and is not included. (Take a screenshot if you buy him, so you'll have a copy!)

Size: Approx 6" L x 6" H

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0714/1551/files/5-speltermetalarabianbonnerclockornament2026-03-12_1.jpg?v=1787431085
