Brass Hat overcame two potentially career-ending injuries and was able to continue successfully racing for six years, gaining fans with every appearance, and winning over two million dollars in prize money. He retired in 2010, but stayed active chaperoning weanlings and ponying other race horses, as well as making appearances for fans at Keenland.

He was chosen to be the Breyerfest Celebration Horse for 2018. His portrait model was only available to 3-day ticket holders at the event. Only 8500 were made.
This fellow is Near Mint with just a few pinpoint rubs, mainly on his legs. He features pretty shading and that silvery sheen that brings him to life. Like most on this mold, he's tippy, so we recommend Museum Putty or a Horse Safety Rack to keep him safely upright.
