This stallion appears to be factory glossy white-primered, and perhaps culled because of rough areas on both sides of his hindquarters. Someone may have once started to paint him, though, as there is a hint of a pink/red color on his face, and that area is matte, as if it had been painted and then had the paint removed. There's a bit of pinkish overspray on the backside of his front cannons as well, but only viewable from behind. He has some tiny marks that should come off with a good cleaning, so he could be an interesting unfinished/cull piece for your herd with a bit of love... Or, he could become your next custom.
