Sassafrass was the "Just About Horses" subscriber Special Run for 1997. In order to get one, you had to be a subscriber to Breyer's magazine, then send in a check and hope to get drawn for the model. Only 3500 were made. She's a sweet little palomino pinto with tri-colored eyes, four stockings and a large snip.
This pretty girl is Factory Mint with bright whites and expressive, hand-painted tri-color eyes.
