Major was released only for the Breyer tour in 1998. To purchase one, you had to attend one of the tour stops around the country. He is painted in the beautiful vintage color glossy Charcoal and wears gold bobs.
This fellow is still attached in his original box with soft highlights and bright metallic gold bobs and ribbons.
