COA: Stone Horses Arabian ~ Bad Moon Rising

This COA (or Certificate of Ownership, as it says on the piece) goes with the Peter Stone Arabian Bad Moon Rising, designed and painted by Jill Stevens.  Only 40 were made in matte in 2006.
