Two-time American Miniature Horse Registry's Champion of Champions Midnight Tango was chosen to have his portrait sculpture made as the first official Miniature Horse sculpt for Breyer. Tango is a black pinto with just a small white marking over his withers and one at the base of his tail with corresponding white stripes in his mane and tail. Tango has successfully shown under saddle, in harness, and even over jumps up to 2-1/2 feet high.

His portrait model was sculpted by Sommer Prosser. He was available from 1999 to 2001.
This fellow is Near Mint with a small, faint grey mark / stain on his right rump and potentially a faint off-white area on his right shoulder. He shows only tiny eartip rubs, and a few specks in his plastic as always. He features bright whites and muzzle pinking, and his original base is in Factory Mint condition. He even comes with his original box, with a 1997 box brochure and JAH ad.
