2008's Treasure Hunt event had collectors gather three mare and foal sets and send in their UPCs to receive a free stallion in a color that could have sired all three foals. One of the Treasure Hunt mare and foal sets was this beautiful fleabitten grey National Show Horse with her chestnut foal. The mare wears a richly speckled coat, shaded grey body, and darker lower legs, usually with a hind sock and a blaze. Her foal wears a chestnut coat with four socks and a blaze that covers her muzzle. Every once in a while, though, the true treasure of the Treasure Hunt would appear: A variation set with no white markings.
This pair is still attached in their sealed box with UPC intact. The plastic front panel's glue has dried out and it has detached from cardboard, but it still displays and protects them well. A dot or two of glue would seal it back up if you want to display them in-box.
