Show Info

Important: We will be using the Region X tagging system and you MUST be registered in Region X to show.* Once you register for the show, please email Eleda with your Region X number. If you aren't set up in Region X, please visit www.regionXnation.com to request a reg number and enter your show horses into their site. This is required, as are Region X format foot tags. ... Don't worry, it's easy! The Region X site will even format your tags so you can print them right out from there.
Proxies are allowed. Each horse owner still needs their own Region X number, Region X formatted tags, and to provide a Horse List via their Proxy to the show holder, so we can track placings.
*Your registration will be considered "Waiting List" until we receive your Region X number, and if the show fills up before we receive your number, you will be refunded and unable to participate - So be sure to get registered right away!
What class should "XXXX" breed go into? We'll be using the NAN breed classification list, which lists a zillion breeds. You can view it here. That should answer most questions.
We also have a Facebook Event page made, and you can join in the discussion there regarding everything show-related. Find that here.
Show registration:
Open Show is $40 for half of an 8-foot table. If you'd like a full table, simply purchase two registrations.
Proxy entries: $2 per horse per class. Limit of 15 horses per horse owner. Proxy shower needs to purchase enough table space to hold all of their personal models and all of their clients' models, so plan ahead. Details can be found on Proxy Horse Owner Registration Page here.
Lunch:
Lunch will be a Customize-Your-Own big sandwich and a drink. We'll be buying meats, cheeses and the fixings fresh at Hannaford each day. The $10 cost will help cover the cost of ingredients. Buying lunch is optional - You may also bring your own. Going out to lunch is not recommended because distance and traffic may prevent you from getting back in time for your classes.
By registering, we will put you on the show mailing list and email updates as we have them. Be sure to use the email address you want info to go to when you checkout. You may want to add info@triplemountain.com and eleda@triplemountain.com to your email Contacts list so information doesn't get thrown into your junk mail folder.
Open Division is a NAN-qualifier. We will be using NAMHSA breed-class assignment lists, so if you have a question about where something goes, they probably have it covered in their list. We will have four Open Division Champs. If we have good turnout this year, we plan to make this an annual event, at this beautiful venue owned by a non-profit nature conservancy. Your entry fee helps with their conservation efforts in the White Mountains.
Registration is limited to twenty tables for each day due to space constraints, so register early!
If you register for the show, please email Eleda with your Region X number or enter it into the "Order Notes" field at checkout. If you aren't set up in Region X, please visit www.regionXnation.com to request a reg number and enter your show horses into their site. This is required, as are Region X format foot tags.
Important note: The entire show property (hundreds of acres) is a non-smoking property, and we will be fined if anyone smokes ANYWHERE on the property, including in vehicles! Please plan accordingly and make sure everyone in your party respects this rule.
For non-showers: North Conway, NH, right up the road, offers tax-free outlet shopping, a park and train station, and great Main Street shops. There are also plenty of good hotels and restaurants if you decide to make a weekend of it!
Contact Eleda with any questions.
