Proud Arabian Mare, Mahogany Bay - VARIATION: 2 Socks, Ear Pits
One of the early colors for this mold, the mahogany bay was made from 1972-1980. During that time, many variations appeared: Different socks, body color hues, and finishes. This makes them a lot of fun to collect. They wear a dark bay body color with black lower legs that may end in socks over dark grey feet.
This lady is in Excellent condition with no glaring rubs or damage. Instead, she has a couple of tiny rubs and is covered in pinpoint rubs and marks, enough that they're noticeable as a whole. She needs a good bath. She is a neat variation, in that she only has hind socks, and they're painted like Witez II's socks: diagonally, in opposite directions. She also features deep, clear ear pits inside both ears, marking her as very early in production, as these are not present in most models. She wears a USA stamp.
