Shire, Chestnut - VARIATION: Masked Blaze
One of the most beloved mares created by Chris Hess, the Shire lives up to her breed standards by also being one of the heaviest of the Breyer molds. She is a milk chocolate chestnut with darker mane and tail, and airbrushed or masked blaze and four socks. She was discontinued in 1980.
This girl is in Excellent condition with eartip rubs and a scattering of mostly light rubs (only through the shading layer) across her body. They show (which is why she's marked down to Excellent) but not as bright white, which is why she's marked above Very Good. She features a cool masked blaze that goes halfway across one eye, and only slight yellowing, so she'll brighten up with just a few days of sunbathing. She's a pretty, warm tone with a dark mane and tail and unglossed eyes. She wear the CHess mark as well as a USA mark.
