This wild bay pinto on the Smoky mold was a half-year Collector's Edition release from July-December 1997. His color was chosen by a coloring contest Breyer held.
This fellow is in Body condition with an added glossy finish that has finish damage on both sides. He appears to have been wrapped in plastic in the heat, and his finish softened enough to allow the wrinkles in the plastic to impress him with a texture, almost like the crazing on porcelain antiques. Other than that, he has a tiny green mark on his left barrel and a few grey specks in his finish. He'll display just fine in a conga, so if that's your goal, get him at a bargain price. He would also be great for a kid's carpet herd or for customizing. As with all releases on this mold, he is super tippy, so we recommend we recommend Museum Putty or a Horse Safety Rack to keep him safely upright.
