Winx is one magical mare!  Foaled in 2011 in New South Wales, Australia, this beautiful dark bay Thoroughbred took the racing world by storm, matching Phar Lap's until-now untouched record of 37 career wins.  33 of those were consecutive, another record (unseating Black Caviar)... and she now holds the world record for the highest money-earning Thoroughbred of all time with over $26 million AUD (19 million USD) in winnings!   Among the honors she has racked up, she was inducted into the Australian Racehorse Hall of Fame, the Warwick Stakes (which she won twice) has been renamed in her honor, and Australia even produced a postage stamp in her likeness.

She finished up her racing career in 2019 with her 33rd consecutive win and is now enjoying retirement as a broodmare... We should be seeing her first foal in just a few months!

Breyer's portrait of Winx is fittingly elegant and refined on the Standing Thoroughbred mold by Susan Carlton Sifton.  It displays her dark bay coat (she's darker in winter, redder in summer), "F" brand for Fairway Thoroughbreds, and intelligent expression.   The glossy version is a hard-to-find model only offered to Collectors Club members on a single day in 2020, as a Gambler's Choice Collectors Club Appreciation model.  It's believed that only 200-250 were made.

She is Factory Mint and so pretty in glossy!  She has quite a few pinpoint specks in her gloss as usual, but they're only visible on close inspection.  She features beautiful highlights and is just lovely altogether!  She even comes with the UPC section cut from her original box, showing the sticker put over the original UPC.  Wow.  Just wow.
