Where:  Tin Mountain Conservation Center’s Great Hall, Albany, NH.  This is probably the most beautiful place any model horse show has ever been held!  It is located between Conway and Ossipee, NH, off Rt 16.

When:  Saturday, June 24th:  Swap Meet, running alongside the Novice Show

Time:  Doors open at 8am for setup.  We'd love some help setting up tables!  Show and swap meet start at 9am.  Swap meet runs until 1pm.  We may have folks dropping in who aren't showing, so we recommend staying the entire time if you can.  Leaving at 1, you'll still be able to enjoy an afternoon of lovely North Conway's shopping, scenery, hiking, etc.

Lunch:  Lunch will be a Customize-Your-Own big sandwich and a drink.  We'll be buying meats, cheeses and the fixings fresh at Hannaford each day.  You can purchase a lunch ticket, if you like, here.  The $10 cost will help cover the cost of ingredients.  Buying lunch is optional - You may also bring your own.  Going out to lunch is not recommended because distance and traffic may prevent you from getting back in time for your classes.

Swap Meet Info

Swap Meet runs concurrently with the Novice Show on June 24th.  Swap Meet will begin at 9am and run until 1pm officially, but stay as long as you like!  We have one swap meet person who may not arrive until after 10am, so don't rush off or you might miss her goodies!

Swap meet tables are $20, and we encourage Open Showers to take one!  Get to know the novices in our area and support them as they learn to show!  Make new friends, mentor someone, and find a new audience for what you have to sell.

Items sold at the swap meet must be model horse-related.  No Current-Run Breyer models allowed (retired are fine).  Customs, tack, props, etc., are welcome!  Everything must be contained on/under your table.  You may rent more than one table if needed, while they last.

If you are a registered Novice exhibitor, you're welcome to sell your items from your exhibitor table - You don't need to rent a separate table, unless you want more space. :-)

Important note:  The entire show property (hundreds of acres) is a non-smoking property, and we will be fined if anyone smokes ANYWHERE on the property, including in vehicles!  Please plan accordingly and make sure everyone in your party respects this rule.
