Breyer's Western Horse was produced in palomino for longer than any other release on any mold.  This icon of model horse collecting was made from 1951-1991.  During that time, there were changes to his bridle, reins, and saddle, as well as numerous color variations, making him a fun model to collect.

What a find!  He is in Excellent condition with a slightly bent eartip, eartip rubs, and some small and tiny rubs on his hindquarters.  He has two tiny black specks next to his tail that may clean off.  He features a rich color, black eyes, grey nostrils and forelock, and whites almost as bright as the day he was born.  His gold paint is almost entirely intact and shines like new, as do his reins.  He even still comes with his slip-on saddle that is Near Mint with one tiny grey mark and rub under it.  No USA mark.  He carries a  blue ribbon sticker that has paint missing but is intact!

This combination of features tentatively dates him to 1967-1969.
