Cherry Creek Western Ranch - Stable Only, No Animals

The Cherry Creek Western Ranch set was a single-year release in 2009.  The models included were copies of Regular Runs, but the barn itself is a one-off for this release.

This ranch set contains the barn (assembly required) and accessories, including fencing, barrels, hitching post, and more.  The owner bought the set just to keep the animals and humans (so those are not included).  They kept the building and accessories in their original box, unused!  Some of the smaller parts are still factory bagged.  (Larger parts were never bagged.)  What a great way to get a stable for your SM-scale horses at a bargain price!
