This vintage custom is by Tammie Cappuccio. She lowered her head, painted this girl in acrylics in 2004 and engraved her initials and date under the belly. The acrylics leave brush marks, so I wouldn't consider her live show quality today, but she might still do well in some photo shows, or you could re-customize her your way.
