This appears to be a WWII era farm cart, possibly made by SR, which often only stamped their pieces "Made in France," as this is. It's a cute cart with railing along the top and yoke that sits on the horse's back. Lead warning - The shafts (and likely other parts) appear to be possibly made of lead, which was common in that era.
The top of the yoke is split but still functions, and there is moderate paint loss, particularly along the shafts. It is about the right size for a small Stablemate like the Highland Pony (though I didn't test it). It's a really cool vintage piece with original "French Blue" paint.
Lead warning: This metal cart is made of lead and probably utilizes lead paint. For adult display only. Do not let children handle lead items or lead paint chips. These pieces are considered safe for display, just not safe for ingestion.
