Alano & Mateo (front of box just says Smutty Palomino Stallion & Smokey Black Foal) were a Special Run through Walmart in 2002. Alano wears a light chestnut coat with a flaxen mane and tail, left hind sock and a star. While the set continued into a second year in 2003, Mesteno was replaced with the Duchess model the second year, so he's a single-year release.
He is Near Mint with no rubs or marks seen, only mild yellowing that you can reverse with a few days of sunbathing. He features soft shading and a neatly masked star, and even still wears his original foil Made In China sticker.
