Chris Hess's Standardbred Pacer was originally released in 1967 and continued in bay until 1987.  He wears four socks and a molded-on black halter with metallic gold buckles.  Some of the earlier models, like this one, are actually dark liver chestnut, but were called bay.

He is in Body condition with no breaks, chips or splits.  He could be fun to restore, as it looks like he mainly needs a hot bath and good rubdown to remove a lot of paint marks from his previous adventures.  It's hard to tell what's under the marks, but I don't see any rubs other than a tiny hoof edge rub or two and a tiny one under his belly.  He shows mild age yellowing, which you can reverse with a few days of sunbathing.  He's one of the lightest colored fellows we've seen, with a matching mane and tail and a lighter brown halter, so, when cleaned up, he'll be a neat variation for your herd.  Or he could become your next custom.    He stood well for photos, but because this mold is notoriously tippy, we recommend  Museum Putty or a Horse Safety Rack to keep him safely upright.

This model was donated to our charity account for Harvest Hills Animal Shelter, and proceeds from its sale will help the shelter care for dogs and kitties in need.  Thanks for your support!
