Rocky Mountain Horse ~ Dakota
Rocky Mountain Horse ~ Dakota
Low stock: 1 left
Dakota is a resin model produced by Breyer on the Rocky Mountain Horse sculpt by Sommer Prosser. He was only available through JC Penney's Holiday Catalog in 2001. This beautiful sculpt shows the correct gait for this unique breed, as well as its traditional coloring which goes all the way back to the founding sire. It came on a light maple hardwood base with a brass plaque and a numbered COA. Only 1000 were made.
This fellow is Factory Mint. He has a hairline indentation vertically on his right barrel under the paint. He features a mane that shades from light chocolate all the way to white and a tail that also has hair shading in it, as well as dapples so subtle that you have to look for them - just the way they ought to be. He comes with his original solid wood base with name plate, COA designating him #198/1000, and his original full-color picture box with shaped styrofoam insert.
Please note that resins are heavier than plastics. His shipping weight is almost 5 pounds.
