Silky Sullivan, Light Rose Grey - JCP SR

The Maureen Love Silky Sullivan, originally created for Hagen-Renaker, was licensed by Breyer in 1976.  The JC Penney holiday Special Run Stablemates set for 1995 included TWO Silky Sullivans for some reason.  This lovely light rose grey is one of them.  He is almost alabaster, except for the warm tone of his body and shading.  (This is intentional at the factory, not yellowing.)

This fellow is Near Mint with no rubs seen, marked down only for slight yellowing.  This release does have chestnut as well as grey shading, so some of the "yellowing" is actually hints of chestnut, particularly in her mane mane, tail and leg shading.  She still wears her gold foil "Made In China" sticker.
