This cleverly named fellow was designed by artist Amber Sielesnew. He is on the rearing mold and appears to be wrapped in dollar bills, or bucks, making him a true buckskin. He stands on a classic black base with a brass nameplate. He was produced in 2011 and is one of the more sought-after TOPP models from that time period.
He is Factory Mint and sure to be a conversation starter in your collection! He is a 2011 First Edition, hand-numbered 1E/4367 under his base. He comes with his original box with shaped Styrofoam insert, and his COA.
