Pony Points

"Pony Points" is our loyalty program, and as long as you're logged in when you make a purchase, you'll collect Pony Points with each purchase.  When you've gathered enough Pony Points, you can redeem them for a great discount!

Pony Points are assigned to your account by using your email address as your ID.  The computer will place Pony Points for your order onto the email address you logged in with when you placed that order.  If you use a different email address on a future order, the Points for that order will go onto the new email address.  (In other words, the computer doesn't know it's still you with a new email address.)

You can check your Pony Points total anytime you're logged in.  It will show you how many Points you have collected using the email address you're logged in with.  To see your current total, as well as to see how many you need to get a discount reward, simply click/tap the "Pony Points" button at the bottom right corner of our homepage.  Here's what it looks like:

If you've collected enough Pony Points to receive a discount, you'll be able to redeem your points and get your discount code from that same screen.  Under the "Get Rewards" section, it will show you any rewards you have available based on your current Points total.

Choose the reward you wish to redeem and you'll be given a discount code.  Type the code, exactly as it was written, including the hyphen, into the "discount code" box at checkout to receive your discount.

Please note:  Only one discount can be used per order, so Pony Points cannot be used on orders that include items already discounted for a sale or event.

You can also save your discount code to use later if you decide not to order that day, but don't lose it!  For security reasons, we can't see or recover a lost code for you, or put Pony Points back into your account if you've lost your code.  In the words of Gandalf the Grey:  Keep it secret, keep it safe!
