Breyer had stopped making their Halloween models a couple years earlier, so everyone was thrilled when this guy suddenly appeared! "Bats" is done in sunset colors, with a flight of bats emerging from his darker areas. He was only available to Breyer Premier Dealers (their term at the time, similar to Flagship stores today) and only 2500 were made, making him the hardest Halloween Horse to find. Interest in him rekindled the Halloween Horse series, which continues annually now.
This fellow is Factory Mint with a couple of specks/missed spots in his paint as always. He is a beauty, with silvery purple sheen extending into his blanket as highlights, bright sunset colors and crisply marked bats. Don't let this one get away!
