This elegant black Saddlebred was only a two year release in 1999-2000. He wears one hind sock.
He is still in his sealed bubble card. His previous owner named all her models, and wrote his barn name on the cardboard. The plastic card front has yellowed with time, but generally, when models are kept sealed, they stay nice and bright, so if you open him, I expect he'll look like he was just born.
