Maureen Love's Morgan Stallion sculpt was part of Breyer's first Stablemate series (known as G1, or first generation). He was first released in bay in 1975, but was mistakenly advertised as Arabian Stallion in the beginning, with the model #5013. From late 1975-1988 he was given his correct label and number: Morgan Stallion #5035. Many variations in socks and body color appeared through the years. The early #5013s don't wear a mold mark.
This fellow is in Body condition, or Excellent repaired condition. He has a previously repaired right front leg, which was nicely done and feels solid, but superglue is fickle, and it may come off in transit. He has pinpoint eartip and tiny muzzle rubs, a tiny black mark on his left shoulder, and a few pinpoint light rubs (only through the shading layer). It sounds like a wicked list, but he actually displays well, with only the muzzle rubs standing out on normal display. He is an early fellow with a neatly painted mane, black inner ears, and unglossed eyes. He wears NO mold mark.
This model was donated to our charity account for Harvest Hills Animal Shelter, and proceeds from its sale will help the shelter care for dogs and kitties in need. Thanks for your support!
