Morgan Stallion, Black Appaloosa - Sears SR (sale for charity)

This handsome black Appy on the Maureen Love Morgan Stallion mold wears an airbrushed blanket, solid legs and face.  This same pattern was released twice:  First with Sears holiday "Wishbook" in 1992, and then for JC Penney's holiday catalog in 1994. They appear to be interchangeable, with a lot of variation in each due to the airbrushed blanket and splatter spots.  We believe this to be the Sears SR, of which only 4500 were made.  Both releases are hard to find today.

This fellow is Near Mint with just one tiny rub under his right barrel at the edge of his blanket, and mild age yellowing, which you can brighten up with some time spent sunbathing.
