Mini Poltergeist was only available at Halloween 2020, as one of three designs sold in blind bags as the Spooky Surprise Web Special. She is a miniature version of the Poltergeist Halloween Horse, which was on Ruffian. She is on the Running Mare mold, and wears the same creepy skeleton riding her. They are almost impossible to find these days.
She is Factory Mint with glow-in-the-dark whites.
