Trotting Arabian ~ Rainbow, GLOSSY Pintaloosa - Treasure Hunt Prize

This Pintaloosa on the Trotting Arab (often called Weather Girl) was certainly a surprise when the Treasure Hunt started.  Photos had been leaked about a translucent decorator called Rainbow, and some of the prizes were that one... but some people received this never-before-seen at Breyer color!  She is a chestnut pinto / Appaloosa mix, with Appy spots and pinto markings, a color seen on rare occasions in the equine world, usually in ponies.

Because the Treasure Hunt prizes were divided between the decorator and the Pintaloosa in both matte and glossy, each version is now hard to find and prized by collectors.

This pretty girl is the stunning glossy version.  She is still attached in her sealed box.  She shows minor yellowing of her glosscoat, which is standard for this release.  A few days of sunbathing should brighten her back up.  Her box is Near Mint.  She even comes with her original purchase receipt and photocopy of the mail-in form with UPCs (not pictured, as they contain her previous owner's personal information).  Not only do you get the super hard to find model, in her box, but also provenance from her original shipment from Breyer!
