This cool guy was the chase piece for the Spirit Blind Bags Series 2 set. He is an eyecatching decorator with "war paint" and other symbols. The series was only produced from 2018-2020.
This fellow is Near Mint with a faint hairline mark on his right elbow and a thin, unpainted line on the underside of that same forearm, not visible on normal display. He's pretty spectacular, with all his colorful markings over a pretty, shaded body.
