The Jumping Horse debuted in 1965 and ran through 1988. This bay was his inaugural color, and it varied over that time with different finishes and socks.
This guy is Near Mint with tiny eartip and tail tip rubs, a few pinpoint rubs/missed spots, a short black hairline mark on his left barrel that will probably come off with a bath, and mild age yellowing. If you brighten those whites back up with a few days of sunbathing, he'll display absolutely beautifully. He features a very speckly coat that makes him almost a bay roan, only one clear sock (and possibly two other very vague ones), shaded eartips, and unglossed eyes. He even comes with his original base.
