This really cool rose grey pinto is more than he seems at first glance: He's a subtle Halloween-themed decorator, and a one-of-a-kind at that! There were ten horses made in the Mini Boo Series by Ellen Robbins. She started with one, then made each of the others as though a photo filter had been applied, changing their color from warm to sepia to dark along the way, so each of the ten is a one-of-a-kind.
This fellow is called Mono, for a monotone filter, but he is actually quite colorful, with tiny roan speckling in his rose grey coat, sooty shading on his muzzle, legs, and eartips, pretty mane and tail shading, and let's not forget his markings: Hidden in the pinto markings on his left side is the word "Boo," while his right side sports a hidden ghost face. Another ghost flies on his forehead, cute as can be. Inside one hind leg, instead of signing her name, Ellen has written "Boo!" His original price was $260 when he was sold at the Moonlight Madness Event in 2023.
He is Factory Mint and from the Linda Dean collection.
