Turbo the Wonder Horse was Ranger Doug's palomino horse on the CBS-TV Saturday morning show "Riders in the Sky," from 1991.  The show was a kids' Western/Comedy show featuring the three "Riders" who would sing and play while enforcing the law in Tumbleweed City.  In the third episode, "Horsenapped," Turbo was stolen by the bad-guy, who is gleeful to now possess "the most wonderful horse in the west."

Turbo was the Celebration Horse for BreyerFest 1992.  His portrait model shows off his palomino coat, right hind sock, and narrow stripe.  He was advertised as having "just the slightest touch of metallic gold which makes him glimmer!  A suitable color for a TV star."  Only 1,000 were made.

This fellow is Near Mint with a pinpoint rub at the top of his left forearm and one on his left cheek, along with mild age yellowing, which you can reverse by sunbathing him for a few days.  He features soft highlights and airbrushed eyes.
