This subtle dapple grey on the Citation mold was part of the JC Penney 12-Piece Stablemate set sold in their holiday catalog in 1995 only. He is a warm grey with shaded resist dapples on his fore- and hindquarters, a black mane, knees and hocks, with two hind socks and a darker face. Except for the lack of a dorsal stripe, he'd be considered grullo. He's a very hard one to find these days!
This fellow is Factory Mint with subtle resist dapples on his shoulders and hindquarter, bright whites, and still wears his gold foil "Made in China" sticker. One of his pictures got lost during editing, but he's as good as he looks!
