Joey was the equine star of the movie (and Broadway hit) "War Horse." After being taken from his owner by the government for use in the war, his owner enlists to try to find him and make sure he gets home safely. Breyer produced this lovely portrait of Joey on the Man O' War mold as a Limited Edition coinciding with the movie's release in 2012. Only 3500 were made.
This fellow is Near Mint with just slight age yellowing in his socks. His star is still bright as the day he was born. He features a neatly masked star and a satin finish that brings out his soft body shading.
