Comanche was one of Marx's first articulated horses. He was only made in palomino from 1967-1975. Military miniaturists like Marx horses because they are made in 1:6 scale, the scale they generally work in. He is also tack friendly, both for saddling and for harness, with his mouth open and tail raised. Artists also love this mold, because his poseability makes him a great model to draw or paint from.
He is in Excellent condition with visible seam glue as usual and lots of scuffy rubs, but since his plastic color almost exactly matches his paint, they don't show badly. It looks like a few have been touched up. It's hard to find one with all his joints intact, let alone one who will actually stand on his own at this age! He does have some looseness in his hind fetlocks, but it doesn't affect him, and he is fully positionable!
Size: Approx 1:6 scale (Approx 14" x 12" x 4")
