This lovely patriotic decorator was a Limited Edition of just 200 made in 2001. He sports an American flag-patterned coat with a glossy finish. He has a full-color COA with a Stone gold seal and is hand-signed and numbered under his belly.
This fellow is Factory Mint with a few dust specks in his finish and one pinpoint speck of red paint in the white stripe on his left barrel. He features vibrant colors and beautifully hand-painted markings. He is hand-signed by Peter Stone and numbered 042/200 under his belly. He even comes with his original box and COA.
