Proud Arabian Mare, Black-Point Dapple Grey

Breyer's Proud Arabian Mare has always been a collector favorite, and the older dapple greys were cream of the crop.  During 1982-1984, though, something magical happened:  They gave her black points that made her a real standout!  They are highly coveted today and rarely come up for sale.

This lovely girl is Near Mint with just tiny eartip rubs and some tiny rubs on her lower legs.  She also has tiny resist dapples on her lower legs, so not all of what you're seeing are rubs; many are dapples.  She also shows mild age yellowing, which you could brighten back up with a week or two of sunbathing if you decide to.  I don't think I'd bother - She's lovely as-is.  She features lots of sweet, correctly-sized dapples mixed with tiny ones for a lot of lovely depth, and a very pretty semigloss finish.  Also, check out her mane - Her painter took the time to give her a couple of little mane tendrils at her withers.
