San Domingo, Bay - Sears SR

This incredible shaded bay on San Domingo was a Special Run through Sears in 1997, called the Dude Ranch Trail Horse set.  He wears four socks and a stripe.  Only between 1800-2000 were made.  The colors seem to vary from light to dark, with lots of variation.  It's no wonder they almost never come up for sale!

This fellow is Near Mint with a pinpoint light rub (only in the shading) on top of his rump, a couple of tiny grey marks on his left barrel, and mild yellowing, which you can reverse by sunbathing him for a few days/  He has some shading overspray onto his socks and hooves as usual.  What a gorgeously shaded fellow!  He goes from light chestnut to near charcoal-brown, and just has that "wow factor" that makes everyone pause to admire him.
