Sherman Morgan, Custom Lava Horse by Heather Swinth

This gorgeous decorator is done in a flowing lava pattern using alcohol inks, by Hope Swinth of The Enchanted Pony.  The blending of colors, vibrancy, and depth is gorgeous… He truly looks like he's about to melt or burst into flame at any moment!  

His coloring is even more impressive in person than in photos!  Now, he does have some condition issues - He had stuck to his wrappings at some point, marring the gloss-coat and making it feel rough.  This is pretty much invisible, but you can feel it when you handle him, particularly on his legs. I recommend spraying him with an additional coat of gloss if you'd like to smooth it back out (you might check with Heather to see what brand she uses to make sure it would stick).  If you don't mind the roughness, he is stunning for display and will be an eye catcher in your herd!  He comes from the collection of Linda Dean and was shown in Region X as W-A-V Ring Of Fire.

As with all customs, if you purchase him when it's hot between your location and ours in Maine, we recommend putting him into our Hold Your Horses Program™ until temps cool.  Irreversible paint damage can occur when shipped while it's hot, and Triple Mountain is not responsible for heat damage in transit.
